Our Intelligence platform mines the web like our industry leader but at half the cost. It allows you to scrape the web in real time for articles using key words and phrases. Much like a google alert. It uses advanced boolean logic where the keywords are treated as "OR" statements, and refinement terms are treated as "AND' statements. a separate API call is executed for each combination of keywords, and refinements. using "fuzzy logic" in preprocessing. Then the news API samples the 100 most relevant articles for each API call. It then uses a unique algorithm with a proprietary Jaccardian, and AI weighting system for relevance and recency filtering. It then uses de duplication to bring back the top relevant and recent 100 articles. You can also make weather intelligence feeds with real time weather advisory alerts including flooding geo fenced down to the exact longitude and latitude which will be an invaluable feature during monsoon and hurricane seasons
Problem
With today's threat landscape GSOC's and JSOC's have never been as overwhelmed as they are now. They are tasked with the impossible task of gaining situational awareness for protecting people and assets in an ocean of data. without the right tools the fog of war sets in. often times enough data is not the problem, but the ability to analyze the data is.
Solution
Our solution to this problem is BlackSwan. You can create up to 20 intelligence feeds using our proprietary algorithm which uses boolean logic and Jaccard algorithms using your keywords and refinement terms. Blackswan also allows you to create weather feeds geo fenced down to an exact longitude and latitude.The incident map shows earthquakes, fires, extreme weather, and flooding leaving you with total information awareness.
Total Information Awareness
BlackSwan will help your organization in providing total information awareness with a deck dashboard that shows four intelligence feeds at a time with the ability to scroll left and right between each feed, and up and down to see all the articles in a single column.
You can bookmark articles as you analyze intelligence to create a comprehensive bookmark feed of articles from across the deck. you can use the search bar in the top toolbar of each feed to find articles with specific keywords and phrases and only applicable articles will be visible until you exit the search bar.
You can then analyze your book mark feed and star individual articles to open up in a "intelligence report" column feed. All columns can be exported to email for dissemination. Operators have never had this much control. This gives GSOCs and JSOCs the ability to turn an ocean of 2000 articles, a bookmark feed of 100 articles and an intelligence report of 15 articles. This enables operators to take an ocean of data and turn it into a finite handful of relevant actionable Intel.
